• James has been in business in Middle Tennessee for over 35 years. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including 1031 tax exchange, land/farm, residential and commercial. He has spent the past 15 years specializing in land sales all over middle and western Tennessee, including undeveloped tracts, farms, timberland, recreational properties and country estates.

Professional Accomplishments

• James has closed $15 million in land sales in the first quarter of 2006, and consistently closed $10 million in land sales annually, earning a numer of restigious awards. He maintains memberships in the following professional organizations: Realtors Land Institute, National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and Williaimson County Association of Realtors.

Personal

• James is an active outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing. He currently resides on a farm in Hickman County.
